No two events are the same. And as such we take a fresh approach to every event we work on. Planning events is not an easy task, but our outlook is that the more strain and hassle we take away from our client, the more time they can put into actually being a good host.
As a company we don't like to restrict our clients to pre-organised events but rather build from a concept and tailor each event to their needs. We know that using our expertise and experience in the business, we can organise a top quality day from scratch.
Where it all began
GB Events started back in 2009 with the original purpose of organising a golf tournament between three companies.
After the success of that day, a few players from the tournament decided to make it a more regular meet up. More and more were wanting to get involved until eventually in 2010 the decision was made by Geoff Banks to make it official, and GB Events was born.
The company remained exclusively as an events company revolving around golf for two years, until ultimately it was decided to expand the operation from purely golf tournaments to planning company outings to various football, golf and rugby events.
The business grew into what it is today, using the experience gained to expand into corporate event planning.
